Job summary

Managing and operating Sales & Marketing activities to ensure that the company's products are well distributed to consumers and the Company's brand is promoted in the market.

Job Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for annual operation planning and strategic direction for Sales and Marketing
  • Operate & manage Sales operation:
  • Check, monitor and implement solutions to promote sales and profits of the Sales department
  • Develop distribution channels
  • Develop and train an excellent sales team to develop a nationwide sales system
  • Build a succession team for the long-term and sustainable development of the Company
  • Encourage, reward or discipline Sales team if needed to strengthen and develop sales team.
  • Use budget effectively to achieve business goals
  • Build and develop company & product brand, including:
  • Research, find out market information, competitors, business lines
  • Develop long-term marketing plans and goals
  • Implement marketing plans to promote the Company's brand in the market
  • Evaluate and implement measures to promote the effectiveness of Marketing activities
  • Manage and be responsible for all activities related to commercial operation of the company. Ensure that commercial operation of the Company is fully compliant with laws and regulations, as well as obtaining all regulatory licenses, permits or approval required for the business activities of the Company
  • Be responsible for profits, direction of development and the growth of the Company.
  • Collaborate with BOD team to set up and manage the employees to achieve the best result on business
  • Other tasks as assigned by the Employer

Experience requirements

  • Deep knowledge of human resource management, business administration, marketing management and sales services
  • At least 5 years of experience working for companies with over 500 employees, preferable to Milk & Dairy industry or FMCG
  • knowledge and experience in the application of management procedures according to international standards
  • At least 5 years of experience working for companies with over 500 employees, preferable to Milk & Dairy industry or FMCG
  • Skills of setting up, consulting on strategy & management according to objectives/plans.
  • English proficiency
  • Good knowledge about ERP & DMS system 
  • Having a strategic vision, planning to run the entire business operations professionally and decisively
  • Ability to organize and exploit resources (finance, human resources, other assets) effectively
  • Being decisive, consistent, adventurous
  • Attitude: Can-do, supportive, open
  • Characteristics: strong, decisive, independent
  • Special ability: interpersonal skill, work under pressure

Education requirements

  • University or postgraduate degree
  • Preferable in Business Administration, Finance Management
