Sales Engineer (Northern)
- Develop Sales in appointed markets for indirect and direct channel.
- Build and extend co-operation & relationship with selected partners following corporate strategy.
- Co-ordinate initiatives and activities between IPs with contacts and responsible markets.
- Follow-up and centralize real-time data in Intranet/CRM platform to share with colleagues.
- Assist to achieve qualitative and quantitative targets in appointed markets of South East Asia Region.
- Value based strategic leadership and management of appointed markets according to business plan and targets.
- Implement service concept with the distributor(s) and execute to deliver for all accounts.
- To manage accurately forecast sales volume to ensure that appropriate stock levels are maintained.
- Lead sales projects and look after key accounts. To identify key accounts and formulate specific strategies and tactical action plans to develop a sustainable business with them.
- Four-step sales process to be applied in both direct & indirect sales.
- Further refine the sales management process in appointed markets according to KPI’s and vital parameters.
- Lead and ensure the execution of “Take 25” strategy in the region.

- Work out and carry out the key account plan in responsible markets.

- Make with a flair for sale Excellent command of written and spoken in English, preferable other SEA languages as well.
- 5 years as sales or Technical service in Machine Tools/ Cutting tools or other Mechanism relevant industries.
- Negotiation skills, communicate skill, leadership skill and good product knowledge.
- University Degree in Mechanical
