An exciting Franchise Manager job has just come available in one of the most respected global pharmaceutical companies.
This Franchise Manager position will be responsible for developing a newly launched respiratory product. The focus will be on maximizing multi-channel customer engagement in selected centers of excellence.
Product Management Responsibilities:
- Drive brand performance with a strong focus on driving sales growth and market share gain of assigned brands within the business unit
- Cross functional alignment with Medical Affairs, Sales Representatives and Commercial Operations
- Support sales representatives with updates and training materials for the defined brands
- Work closely with the regional brand team to provide continuous input and feedback
- Execute medico-marketing initiatives to maximize customer engagement (to include Product Promotional initiatives, CME, multi-channel) and Patient Access Program
Sales Management Responsibilities:
- Directly manage a team of Medical Representatives through leading, training and coaching
- Develop a Sales action Plan to maximize the resource utilization, ensures targeting of most valuable customers, market share development & customer base expansion
- Ensures Compliance, Code of Conducts and Policies
- Experience in pharmaceutical marketing & sales
- Seniority in discussion with high level customers
- Project management experience & working with customers to set up & implement Patient Access Program
- Experience in product launches is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Pharmacology, Medicine and/or Natural Sciences
