- Assure the yearly/quarterly sales target assigned to.
- Hunt new dealers and develop distribution channel for cutting & abrasive products.
- Regularly visit existing customers to engage in selling process that allows company to expand business.
- Work closely to dealers in usage stock demand, expand product portfolio.
- To maintain and improve professional relationship with key decision makers at customers that allows company
- to be seen a value additional supplier.
- Analyse sales data and suggest solutions to increase sales and share in each customer.
- Collecting market information and report to Line Manager.
- To build up and update customer profile regularly to make sure all needed information is kept.
- Maximize company profit by the best solutions and recommendations to customers.
- Coordinating with other departments in demand forecasting and stock planning.
- Active in proposing marketing campaigne, sales promotion.
- 2-3 years of experience in selling the industrial products and B2B model (prefer to wood, verneer, paint, adhesive, abrasive material, woodworking machine/cutting tools,…)
- Worked at distributor of Power tools or Welding machine are preferred.
- Experience in developing and managing distribution network.
- Good ability in customer and result orientation.
- Good presentation and customer service.
- Willing to learn and hard-working; Good communication skill to others.
- Can work independently and team work
- Dynamic and Pro-active
- Degree or Diploma/Bachelor in Business Administration or Mechanical Engineering.
- Microsoft office: Excel/Powerpoint- Work proficient
