District Sales Manager

A multi-national company from Europe is currently looking for a District Sales Manager to be based in Ho Chi Minh City.
This District Sales Manager will be responsible for driving performance of field force team to achieve the company's objectives.
- Apply product strategies to develop and implement business plans for the area
- Coach field force to reach and exceed their objectives
- Ensure team is well trained to communicate product benefits to assigned doctors
- Responsible for forecasting and accordingly target setting for each territory
- Present product presentations to key stakeholders
- Minimum five (5) years in sales management with foreign pharma company
- Experience with Ethical products and Over-The-Counter products
- Good IT knowledge as a system user
- Proven records in sales management, Field Force management and in personnel development
- Strong oral and written communication skill both in Vietnamese and English
- An excellent team player, creative thinker and problem solver
- High capability for working independently
- Excellent presentation and coaching skill
- Ability to maintain effectiveness with changing environments
- Bachelor's degree
