Job Responsibilities

- Customer Quality improvement activities

- Improve/capture the quality management process.

- Solve questions, requests, problems that customers encounter in the process of using the product

- Collect customer opinions about products to improve quality

- Synthesize and transfer to the product research department

- Provide information about new features and products

- Organize training activities focused on features and products

- Perform other tasks as requested by the department head and the company


Experience requirements

- Graduated from university or higher/ Majoring in electricity, electronics, mechanics, machinery and equipment

- Good communication in English. Korean language is preferred

- Certificate of ISO Auditor

- 3 years or more related experience

- Experience in Product Quality Improvement

- Internal check Quality process. (Prefer someone who has experience in preparing ISO or Auditor)

- Manufacturing company with over 500 employees

- Grasp the Quality Process.

- Have good communication, reporting, problem solving and presentation skills

- Dynamic, creative, enthusiastic, high sense of responsibility at work

- Team management and leadership skills

Education requirements

Graduated from university or higher/ Majoring in electricity, electronics, mechanics, machinery and equipment
