- You will be part of a global Growth Technologies Team, and responsible for empowering local teams with tools and methodologies to help them grow.
- The mission of the Head of Sales is to build a robust hi-tech sales and customer success machine to propel the business to breakout growth of 300-400% per year and sustain it for the next 5 years.
- In your arsenal, you'll have access to people, playbooks, and technology from one of the global leaders in the same-day delivery market.
- As the key team member responsible for implementing global growth technologies locally, you will have to be a jack of all trades, comfortable with analytics, product development, and digital marketing. You will have to tackle a very high learning curve. To be successful, you must be extremely initiative, willing to take on a lot of responsibility, and make decisions independently.
- At least 3 years of leadership experience in enterprise/service sales
- Proven track record of successful sales team building/management, including experience in mentoring high performing teams members and managers
- Deep knowledge of sales pipeline and other data-driven sales metrics to establish measurable and repeatable sales processes
- Excellent communication skills, strong ability to listen and hear
- Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty
- Always eager to take new challenges, exploring more niches with different approach methods
- Perfect spoken and written English and Vietnamese

- Built up a team of A+ sales players
- Developed goals for the sales team and business growth and ensuring they are met
- Trained personnel and helping team members develop their skills, by conducting formally and informally coaching sessions
- Built up a healthy pipeline of key potential clients with big volume and developed quotes, proposals, relationships as well as volume growth with them
- Researched, planned, and overseeing market trends and the company's initiatives
- Found and developed new market niches, targeted segments, and improved sales
- Created, tested, managed, and improved the completed toolsets for the whole team, including sales processes, sales kits, sales scripts.
- Driving 100% measurable and repeatable sales process
