Job Responsibilities
- Headcount plan and recruitment plan control.
- Recruiting and retaining good talent (including onboarding new hires)
- Developing talent and upskilling employee capabilities
- Ensuring a seamless experience for the staff and other people associated with management.
- Accomplishing organizational goals
- Implementing recruitment, payroll, learning and development, or compensation policies in reorganization
- Designing compensation and benefits packages.
- Developing new HR policies and updating existing ones based on the company's values and ensuring employees adhere to and comply with them.
- Executing the employee's annual review procedures.
- Counseling employees as required.
- Conducting exit interviews to understand the reason for termination.
- Overseeing other HR staff and managing all aspects of the HR department, including recruiting, hiring, training, employee relations, benefits, compensation, and compliance with laws and regulations
- Cooperation with vendors to deliver the best service to the employees including canteen, cafe teria,transportation…based on the requirement.
Experience requirements
- English business level
- At least 5 years of experience in HR fields
- Prefer experience in manufacturing companies.
- Good communicator
- Computer literacy, Microsoft Office, Internet
