Logistic Operation Manager

Job Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy and operations for primary and secondary logistics in Vietnam as the supply operations manager for crop protection, ensuring that procedures are followed and HSEQ requirements are fulfilled.
• Manage logistical operations in Vietnam, working with internal teams, 3PL, and 4PL teams to manage warehouse and distribution centers, inbound deliveries, import and export procedures, the transfer of goods between sites, and timely, complete, accurate, and cost-effective delivery of goods to customers while adhering to local laws and the company's internal policies.
• Develop ways for lowering operational expenses while upholding high standards for the given goods and services.
• Streamline procedures for receiving, storing, shipping, and delivering goods to fulfill client demands.
• Act as Deputy Production and Supply Head

Experience requirements

• At least 5 years working experience in a sizable organization
• Previous role in logistics as responsible of delivery process, managing transport providers
• Previous experience working with TMS and 3PL or 4PL services would be an advantage
• Previous experience as import / export or warehouse manager would be an advantage
• Project and change management experience would be an advantage
• Strong knowledge of logistic processes (import / export, warehouse, transport)
• Strong knowledge of supply and logistic tools (SAP, TMS, EDWH, Excel)
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills, end-to end thinking

Education requirements

Minimum of a Bachelors
