Job summary

Our client- SEA enterprise specialized in cable technology, is looking for Marketing Executive.

Job Responsibilities

·         To assist in the preparation of annual marketing plans and execute marketing strategies such as advertising and promotional (A & P) activities, product line logic and formulation of product promotions and campaigns for the Company existing as well as new portfolios.

·        To assist in achieving marketing objectives by actively participating in developing and implementing detailed marketing concepts, plans and strategies, based on trends, competitors’ information and economic conditions.

·        To assist in developing and implementing A & P activities for the respective products so as to create awareness and as such increased market share.

·        To monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the A & P activities and to provide feedback to the GM for improvement.

·        To monitor the respective products’ annual A & P budgets, and to advise the GM on the expense pattern.

·        To assist in planning promotional materials and to liaise with the advertising agencies for the production of such materials. To ensure the marketing directions are appropriately translated into creative advertisements and are in line with the Group’s image.

·        To actively participate in organizing and coordinating product launches, road shows, exhibitions, workshops, and training seminars. To source for venues, prepare invitation lists and cards for distribution to clients.

·        To conduct marketing surveys, gather information on competitors' activities and price levels, to develop plans to improve market share and to counteract such activities.  Also, to determine the market position and directions of the respective products distributed by the Company.

·        To collate and evaluate relevant market data from various sources and to maintain and update such information into the Company’s databases accordingly.

·        To keep abreast with the development of the industry so as to introduce strategies to enable the Company to keep pace with development.

·        To scan competitive environment and to compute A, B, C price list in order to be relevant in our own market space.

·        As part of the Company’s CRM Competency Team, to assist during the CRM implementation phase, and subsequently to assist in managing the CRM database.

Experience requirements

·        Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in sales and marketing.

·        Possess strong analytical, research and marketing skills.

·        Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Education requirements

·        Degree/Diploma in Marketing / Mass Communication or related discipline.
