National Sales Director - Pharmacy Channel

Job Responsibilities

Trade Marketing Activities

• Collect the information from pharmacies to analyze sales volume fluctuations, market trends and other activities of competitors.
• Develop, organize and implement promotions, point-of-sale display programs, hanging advertising items and brand activation programs
• Ensure the satisfaction of customers
• Manage company's awareness compared to competitors
• Monitor and evaluate POSM display and advertising activities to be fully implemented and on schedule

OTC product management

• Synthesize and analyze information of the market and competitors
• Plan, organize the implementation of OTC market research
• Develop marketing strategies and plans for OTC products in line with company strategy and market needs
• Organize and promote marketing activities, product promotion, conferences and seminars to raise awareness about the company and products

Build and manage OTC sale system

• Formulate strategies, propose models and develop effective business systems for the OTC
• Develop sales plan, contract sales and manage OTC sales
• Develop and propose OTC sales policies in line with market needs and company strategy
• Participate in developing and proposing compensation policy for OTC sales team
• Organize training and development of sales force (sales network, MR...) nationwide

Experience requirements

• Have proven sales record in OTC development, prefered candidate who has experience in both MNC and local companies
• Have understanding about Marketing activities in OTC sales
• Have ability to build distribution channels, drugstore chains, and have business development strategies

Education requirements

• Bachelor Degree and higher. Priority is given to candidates graduating from Hanoi University of Pharmacy, Ho Chi Minh City Medicine and Pharmacy and relevant
