Job Responsibilities

1. Business Delivery

  • Assess each client’s service level, making and implementing a service improvement plan with the team members
  • Supervise payroll operations on monthly basis to ensure its accuracy and timely and Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements in Vietnam
  • Continuously review the working procedures of your team to improve its productivity and efficiency

2. Controlling & Reporting

  • Ensure Payroll and other processes are strictly followed
  • Ensure government report / internal management reports are prepared within the stated deadlines.
  • Work with your team to implement measures to reach individual KPI
  • Work with your team to bring more added-value service to Clients

3. People & Performance Development

  • Interpret and implement business strategy into clear, challenging and achievable business plans and objectives
  • Lead, coach and develop the team to achieve and exceed team objectives & KPIs, improving productivity, ensuring that the business’ operations are maintained and enhanced in accordance with Adecco’s standards and contractual obligations
  • Ensure that personal development and career path plans are drawn up for all team members with potentiality and that individual receives adequate development and training.

  • You are good at Leadership skill
  • You own business/commercial sense
  • You have a high sense of service
  • You are excellent at problem-solving and taking actions
  • You are good at communication and negotiation skills
  • You are good at Time Management and Planning
  • You are proficient in written and spoken English
  • You are good at labour code, SMUI, PIT knowledge, Payroll software
  • You build a healthy and cooperative working relationship

Location: 14th Floor, Central Building, No. 11 Doan Van Bo, Ward 12, District 4, Ho Chi Minh

Working time: Monday to Friday, 9:00 – 18:00
