Quality Control and Business
- Perform service quality management and business support.
- Develop regulations, processes, standards, service quality monitoring system for Business Dept, work instructions for Business Dept to meet the company's standards.
- Proposing, participating in coordination with functional units to develop policies, regulations, processes, business performance metrics.
- Measure business results of individuals and groups.
- Synthesize, report, make statistics of business data, business performance of Business Dept, research topics
- Producing and deploying solutions and plans to improve service quality and improve operational efficiency business.
- Implement fraud management activities, review and transfer Business Dept's compliance error information to operations, urge and supervise to correct
- Building a system of early warning of risks, risk control, regularly/periodically making reports on risks
- Risks may arise and propose the Board of Directors solutions and plan to prevent/overcome risks in the future business activities

- Having knowledge in IT, IT software, e-commerce payment, banking, finance.
- At least 01 year of experience in service quality control/internal control positions or equivalent.
- Ability to manage, work independently, good communication skills
