Job Responsibilities

Metal /Trade/Retail/Construction (Hardware Workshop)

• Increase market share, profits and turnover for in the VN Market;

• Develop, implement and continuously improve sales, marketing and promotion strategies/plans/activities;

• Built up, motivate, train and manage subordinate sales staff within the Metal Division;

• Screening and selection of business opportunities in Vietnam’s Metal market;

• Improve the transparency of the Metal Division (including competition tracking / data gathering / report writing);

• Develop and implement marketing and promotion strategies, sales strategies, pricing strategies, and sales channels for Metal Division;

• Develop and expand more markets, make more turnover and clear stocks for Metal industry (consumables in car care and maintenance);

• Organize and participate in marketing, promotion and customer education activities;

• Find / connect / meet potential/existing customers and to create demand, acquire orders and sell goods;

• Supervise, support, assist and advise subordinate sales staff;

• Assist in the development of a reward system and work procedures for subordinate sales staff;

• Developing and executing strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base;

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationship;

• Maintain an awareness of market behavior and competitive trends in designated market to anticipate changing customer needs; proactively manage customer base;

• Develop the sales forecast and maintain accountability for sales goal achievement, including but not limited to respective key metrics and/or budget achievement;


Experience requirements

• Qualification: university graduation in field of business, marketing, mechanics or automotive

• Experience: at least four-year experience in equivalent position

• Knowledge: sales and marketing, brief overview of company products

• Skills:

- Fluent English

- Target-oriented, high-responsible

- Excellent planning and organizational skills

- Strong problem solving skills

- Strong leadership skills

- Excellent communication, negotiation and conviction skills

- Good in MS Office

- Ability to work on own initiative and under high pressure
