Job Responsibilities

Professional duties:

1. Sales planning

• Follow up and advise staff on setting and allocating actual sales target/market share for all regions

• Advise employees on building appropriate strategies and action plans to achieve sales goals

• Evaluate weekly/monthly reports on market conditions and sales performance and identify necessary changes

• Follow up the implementation of sales strategies and drive all regions to achieve the target

• Ensure timely/stable/reasonable supply to achieve sales target and operate efficiently

• Monitor market/competitor situation to come up with sales promotion/subsidiary programs

2. Out-of-market sales

• Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, customer preferences, etc. in all areas

• Advising employees on the practicality and relevance of out-of-market strategies and action plans

• Closely monitor progress and output of the implementation of action plans at dealers (via Dealer-Customer Satisfaction Index, etc.)

• Evaluate reports and approve/advise staff on necessary changes to agency operations or products

3. Sales training

• Review and approve training plans and training materials for delivery to dealers

• Consulting on improving overall training effectiveness and in line with HVN's sales strategies

• Advising staff on implementing agency evaluation activities to identify gaps between proposed and actual training, and develop solutions for improvement General duties:

• Build the department's strategy based on the block's strategy and give direction to the workshops/sections to establish the action plan, budget plan, investment, and human resources of the workshop/section

• Evaluate and approve action plans, budget plans, investments, and human resources of the workshops/sections to ensure alignment with the department's strategy and goals.

• Develop an action plan, budget plan, investment, and human resources of the department based on top-down and bottom-up inputs

• Monitor and manage departmental activities to ensure timely, quality work and alignment with plans and goals

• Build and improve the workflow in the room

• Supervise budget management, investment activities, and human resource management activities in the department including recruitment, training, assignment of tasks, performance management, reward, and discipline, etc.

• Ensure employees comply with the company’s rules and regulations

Experience requirements


• Age:30-50 years old

• Education: Bachelor degree

• Technical skills: Computer literacy

• Language skills: Intermediate English skills (Listening, speaking, reading & writing), ability to communicate, discuss and work in English

• Other: At least 8-10 years of experience in sales and related field
