Job summary

An outstanding Sales Assistant job based in Ho Chi Minh City has just arisen in one of the leading chemicals companies.

This Sales Assistant role is responsible for assisting Sales Manager in handling with sales activities within the company.

Job Responsibilities

  • Introduce company products, provide technical supports, price quotes, samples, and maintain closed contact with clients;
  • Assist sales manager in handling and resolving technical issues and complaints from clients to ensure client satisfaction and reliability;
  • Assist sales manger in seeking, maintaining and expanding current clients network and potential clients;
  • Report to sales manager about clients’ demands, problems and concerns, competitors’ activities, and business development opportunities;
  • Do translation if necessary. 

Experience requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in sales, having experience in meat/surimi industry is a plus;
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills;
  • Outgoing, active, easy-going, and customer-minded character;
  • Willing to learn, self-motivated, "can-do" attitude;
  • Chinese language skill is mandatory;
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and negotiation skills.

Education requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in related fields is required.
