Job summary

Our client, a boutique management consulting firm, is looking for a Senior Business Development Manager / Director

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee Acquisition Sales Strategy 

Target: Investment Firms (Private Equity/ Hedge Funds) and Management Consulting Firms

• Design, Build, and Improve Internal Sales Processes and Best Practices
• Train & mentor existing sales team (and hire new talents)
• Identify sales leads & convert leads to sustainable sales
• Initiate & improve customers relations via customer interaction
• Identify business partner to support our customer acquisition
• Design & implement online marketing strategy with the support of our marketing agency
• Reporting to the CEO

Experience requirements

• English as a first language
• 5 - 8 years of working experience in Sales selling Services
• Strong oral and written communication skills ( English)
• Proven ability to lead a team and to meet quotas
• Results oriented with strong analytical skills

Education requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business, Marketing from EU, US, Australia
