Supply Chain and Logistics Specialist

Job Responsibilities

1.    Support Merchandise Production Management

• Work closely with Brand and Campaign Manager or Senior Manager to get requirement for each batch of merchandise, brief to Procurement to complete succesfully order, manage vendors for production, manage storage, track status, report to and coordate merchandise. This will be applied for managing VNPost warehouse. For Marketing warehouse, Supply Chain and Logistics Specialist will involve in buying and production for merchandise, then work with Brand Stocker for import-export merchandise.
• By project, Supply Chain and Logistics Specialist propose new merchandise to produce to serve marketing and promotion purpose.

2.    Handle administrative tasks

• Working with internal stakeholder (Accountant, Procurement, ...) for documents which support campaigns or else and handle team’s administrative tasks.

3.    Support team’s projects and other tasks as assigned.

Experience requirements

Education background:

• University degree. (Major in Business, International Business, Marketing, other related field).

Years of experience: 5

Knowledge and skills:

• Basic Marketing knowledge.
• Familiar with digital products.
• Intercommunication skills.
