Warehouse Manager

Job summary

Our Client, one of the leading global manufacturers, is currently looking for a Warehouse Manager based in Long An.

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee the receipt, ordering, assembly, and dispatch of goods.
• Efficiently utilize space and mechanical handling equipment to ensure quality, budgetary goals, and environmental objectives are achieved.
• Maintain up-to-date stock control systems and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Plan for future capacity needs.
• Inspire, organize, and promote teamwork among staff to meet or exceed productivity targets.
• Generate regular reports and statistics on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Uphold health and safety, hygiene, and security standards in the workplace, ensuring safe storage of items such as chemicals and food.
• Supervise the scheduled maintenance of vehicles, machinery, and equipment.
• Oversee the maintenance and operation of warehouse management systems and automated storage and retrieval systems as needed.

Experience requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in warehouse management or a related field, with supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of the fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures related to Supply Chain, Material Management, Warehouse Management, and Logistics.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Proficient in oral and written English communication.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.

Education requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Management, Logistics or related field required.
