Job summary

Job Responsibilities

• Plan and optimize equipment and manpower utilization to meet production targets while ensuring safety, quality, and compliance with regulations.
• Supervise and develop a team of manufacturing specialists and technicians, ensuring effective communication, training, and talent retention.
• Lead efforts in process simplification, labor productivity, cost reduction, and adherence to quality systems like FMEA and Control Plans.
• Ensure compliance with safety, EHS, TPM, Lean manufacturing, and inventory control while addressing grievances and maintaining a positive work environment.

Experience requirements

• Experience in electrical, mechanical, and chemical industrial applications, with proficiency in using tools like Oracle, MES, and SPC.
• Ability to work in shifts and apply intermediate troubleshooting and problem-solving techniques.
• Strong English communication, leadership skills, customer orientation, and commitment to maintaining ISO 9001 and 5S standards.

Education requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred with a minimum of 1 year of experience in manufacturing management.
