Circular No. 2571/TCT-TNCN: Guide Personal Income tax return
On October 1st, 2015. The Government issued Decree 85/2015/NĐ-CP on rights and benefits of female employees. This decree prescribed in the current Labor Code 2012, detailing a number of articles the labor code in terms of policies for female employees.
