So you’ve had
1. Look after yourself
To overcome “the blues” the first step is to understand why it exists. Often during Tet, there are so many interesting activities you can do during Tet, from eating, drinking to staying up all night watching movies (well, who wants to miss all those Kitchen God comedy reruns, right?). However, that routine won’t help once you come back to work, as it has already drained you out. Get enough sleep, eat - drink well and exercise during Tet are your keys for an awesome New Year kick-off.
Also, stay away from alcohol, even though it's very tempting to want to keep the holiday going, but hitting the bar and battling the hangover with coffee the next morning will do you no good.

3. Be kind to yourself
Do small things for yourself when you get back from Tet. Have something nice planned, all for you, to soften the harshness of coming back to reality. 5. If all else fails
If you have done all 4 things above and still not feel satisfied or a little spark of joy, maybe it’s time to change things up. Re-evaluating your career goals, “Am I going to where I want to be?”, “Why my work makes me so unhappy?” there are few questions you need to answer.
As always, our consultants are here to discuss possibilities and they will surely love to keep an eye on what’s out there for you.
