Job Responsibilities

  • Assist and support customers’ technical requests, as well as take care of any technical issues arisen, take responsible for all customer engagements from initiation to resolution stage through ensuring progress by SLA and escalation. 
  • Build strong relationships with customers, especially with key customer stakeholders and sponsors 
  • Keep track of key account support metrics 
  • Always strive to provide an exceptional customer experience 
  • Manage customer expectations and satisfaction 
  • Make sure all deliverables are on time, on quality and fulfill customers’ requirements 
  • Take initiatives in identifying growth opportunities with customers
  • Provide constant transparency to the engagement progress while communicating with both internal and external stakeholders  
  • Pre / Post-release deployment management 
  • Customer Advocacy 
  • Known Limitations Management  

Experience requirements

  • BSc/BA degree or equivalent 
  • A proven track record of Technical Account Management or other experience relevant to SaaS or web company 
  • Knowledge about Front-end Technology
  • Good understanding of web technologies and the associated support teams/processes 
  • Experience in managing multiple stakeholders and projects  
  • Customer-oriented and attentive to customers' needs
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills 
  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and cross-organizational efforts with a number of different virtual teams concurrently 
  • Good time-management skills 
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills 
  • Experience in using software for sales management such as Salesforce, etc. 
  • Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines. 
  • Availability for off-hours escalations 
  • Availability to travel to customer sites as required (up to 15%) 
  • Fluent in English and Vietnamese
