BU Director (Pharmaceuticals)

Job summary

A rarely seen Business Unit Director position has just become available in a TOP 10, MNC pharmaceutical company.

As a part of company's leadership team, this Business Unit Director position will contribute overall leadership to the company, as well as be responsible for developing the Business Unit's strategy and for driving its full implementation.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead the development of the Business Unit's strategy. Provide direction and leadership
• Set business plans, priorities, budgets and performance objective for the Business Unit
• Align business plans, priorities, budgets and performance objective with other key functions
• Allocate and organize resources to ensure achievement of objectives and delivery of results
• Collaborate with Global commercial teams to lead the development of the Business Unit in Vietnam

Experience requirements

• Significant experience in both sales & marketing leadership positions
• At least 5 years' experience at the same level in pharmaceutical industry
• Fluent in Vietnamese and English
• Experience in new product launch and/or international exposure will be an advantage

Education requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• MBA is desirable
