Job summary

As the Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for the following:  

Job Responsibilities

• Being responsible for driving and maximizing revenues on assigned customers.

• Identifying new sales opportunities within existing accounts (including upselling and cross-selling).

• Acting as the point of contact, maintaining good relationships with the customers, understanding customers’ demands, and preparing plans to meet the customers’ demands.

• Developing account development strategy and planning.

• Managing and solving conflicts with clients.

• Interacting and coordinating with the sales team and the delivery team of the accounts.

• Coordinating with sales and presales team to provide proposals for new opportunities.

Experience requirements

At least 2 years of experience as a Business Development or Sales Executive, including 1 years in the software development outsourcing industry

• Having experience in Vietnam market

• Having knowledge of the HR business is a plus.

• Proficiency in Chinese, English is prefered

• Ability to convert leads into customers

• Good problem-solving skill, negotiation skills, and presentation skills

• Being enthusiastic, dedicated, and customer oriented as a trusted advisor to customers.

• Commercially minded, with strong analytical/numerical skills

Education requirements

• Bachelor or higher degree in Business or Computer Science.
