We're looking for Business Development Executive position, who is responsible for securing new business opportunities through an end-to-end sales process of prospecting, qualifying, sales presentation, negotiating, proposals and contracting, implementation etc

Key Performance Indicators

1. Business Development

  • Identifying business opportunities and targeted market sector to grow Adecco business
  • Develop actionable and measurable tactical plans to create market awareness and increase market share
  • Connect with clients through calls/networking events and responsible for the end-to-end sales process
  • Qualify clients on their needs and obtain information on their requirements
  • Prepare Terms of Business, present and negotiate (if necessary)
  • Ensure seamless transition and handover to Payroll & Staffing Operation team

2. Finance

  • Plan and ensure optimize use of resources (financial, human resources and material) to achieve the business objectives and goals.
  • Prepare budgets, sales forecasts and required reports in a timely manner as requested by Director and Manager.

3. People & Performance Development 

  • Ensure all the organization's activities comply with relevant Acts, legal demands and ethical standards.

  • Cooperate with the team to maximize service delivery and ensure that the business’ operations are maintained and enhanced in accordance with Adecco’s standards and contractual obligations.

4. Business Delivery

  • Work with clients to develop and implement service solutions
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships with the major clients and support the area, through promotions and face-to-face visits
  • In collaboration with Operation Managers to implement and maintain account management strategies
  • Strictly cooperate with consultants and team leaders in service ability for the best service delivery Key Performance Indicators
  • Expansion of business activities with the client

Experience requirements

  • Excellent in Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point,... )
  • 1-2 years of relevant working experience preferably in service environment

Education requirements

  • Fluency in English
  • Possess a bachelor’s degree in related field
  • Additional Language desirable
