Job summary

An excellent opportunity for a Business Development Manager (Head) role has recently become available in Ho Chi Minh City with the well-known Fund.

Job Responsibilities

  • Media Relations: Develop communication strategies for Fund's image across various media channels (print, digital, television, radio, etc.). Strengthen existing media relationships and expand connections in related.
  • Event Management: Organize and oversee communication events. Report and analyse communication results for each project.
  • Press Information Management: Handle interview requests and inquiries from the media. Coordinate closely with the investor relations department.
  • Crisis Communication Management: Build relationships with media outlets to mitigate potential negative impacts on the company's business. Advise the management board on crisis prevention and resolution strategies.
  • Investor Development and Expansion: Advise investors on Open Fund products, aiming to invest efficiently in complementary funds according to their financial plans and risk appetite. Assist clients in completing account opening procedures and executing fund certificate transactions. Seek and develop new clients for the Fund through partnerships and personal connections.
  • Existing Investor Care: Maintain regular and ad hoc information updates to investors regarding Fund activities. Support investors in executing fund certificate transactions. Assist in building and implementing special client care plans for the Fund.
  • Reporting Work: Support the Department Head and Fund Director in preparing Fund documents, regular Fund reports, and necessary disclosures regarding investor transactions. Complete relevant reports as required by regulatory authorities.
  • Interface and Connect with Distribution Partners: Analyze customer data across channels and market trends in fund management to provide recommendations for improving customer development work for Fund.

Experience requirements

  • Knowledge and experience in corporate, economic, and financial communication fields (minimum of 5 years).
  • Strong communication, planning, analysis, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
  • Ability to build relationships with media outlets and related parties.
  •  Flexibility in problem-solving and ability to work under pressure.
  • Experience in investment funds or the stock market is an advantage.
  • Good time management skills and attention to detail in work.

Education requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree with Distinction or higher in financial/business/accounting is required.
