Job summary

• Our client, a leading international school/university based in HCMC, is looking for a Director of Admissions

Job Responsibilities

Supervise the ongoing admissions procedures and steer its execution alongside current personnel and resources.

Utilize the admissions process from the co-design year as a foundation and devise a new admissions procedure for undergraduate program. This new process should be in line with academic program principles.

Collaborate with Academic Design Team to formulate a strategic vision for the university's student recruitment process.

Offer guidance and leadership to the admissions; financial aid and scholarship team,

Develop a strategic vision for enhancing admissions and financial aid program during the university's initial stages.

Coordinate with other teams to ensure the university's successful progression as a start-up institution.

Experience requirements

• Previous experience (3-15 years+) working in university admissions or equivalent
• Experience leading and managing a team is preferred
• Effective collaborative, people-management and mentorship skills
• Comfort with an internet-based communications and recruitment system

Education requirements

• At least a Bachelor’s degree from a reputable institution in any subject
