Job summary

Our client, a company specializing in the expert of beverage supplier & manufacturer hiring a potential candidate for the Quality Management Director. 

Job Responsibilities

  • Directly manage and oversee the QA, QC, and QMS sections, ensuring compliance with established quality standards and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement;
  • Develop and implement strategic quality initiatives and systems to ensure product safety and consistency, in line with industry regulations and customer requirements;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and maintain effective internal and external audit processes, ensuring compliance with applicable international and local regulatory standards such as ISO 22000, HACCP, GMP, EU-USDA-China-Japan organic, etc. and customer- specific requirements;
  • Lead the investigation and resolution of customer complaints related to product quality, implementing corrective and preventive actions to address identified issues;
  • Conduct regular quality performance reviews and provide guidance to the teams, fostering a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement;
  • Develop, review, and update quality management policies, procedures, and documentation to meet industry best practices and regulatory standards;
  • Provide training and development opportunities to enhance the capabilities and competency of the quality team;
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective implementation of quality management principles throughout the organization;
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging regulations, and advancements in quality management practices, recommending and implementing necessary changes to maintain competitiveness.

Experience requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in a similar position within the Fresh Food/Dairy/FMCG industry;
  • In-depth understanding of Quality Management department operations and best practices, preferably in a food processing or export industry;
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, guide, and develop a diverse team;
  • Excellent command of English, both written and verbal;
  • Demonstrated experience with quality management systems, process improvement methodologies, and regulatory compliance;
  • Professional certifications in quality management or food safety (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 22000, HACCP) are highly desirable;
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills;
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment;

Education requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Dairy Technology, or a related field. A Master’s degree would be a plus.
