Job summary
As the Head of Sales, you will be responsible for leading our sales team and driving revenue growth in our target markets.
Job Responsibilities
- Strategic Sales Planning: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective sales goals.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities, trends, and customer needs.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners.
- Sales Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze sales performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and take corrective actions as needed.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, production, and logistics, to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
- Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for senior management.
Experience requirements
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the textile garment industry.
- Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin), with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong leadership abilities with a track record of building and managing high-performing sales teams.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
- Results-oriented and driven to exceed sales targets.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.
Education requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
