Job summary

 - Understanding of IQC work regulations and training for team leaders and staffs.
 - Understand the evaluation criteria/methods/IQC items to train team 
 - Implement components quality improvement activities.
 - Perform component improvement activities for suppliers


Job Responsibilities

Manage the IQC functions

•Determine, develop and conduct training of IQC Inspectors

•Lead Cycle Counts and Physical Inventories in area of responsibility

•Assure all operations are performed in accordance to procedures

•Perform periodic audits to verify correct and consistent operations

•Determine, maintain IQC CIP/department goals

•Track recurring issues and escalate as needed to achieve root cause corrective action

•Trend supplier quality defect data and team with Supplier Development to drive problem parts and suppliers issues to closure

Experience requirements

University graduate or higher / Majoring in electricity, electronics, mechanics, automation, machinery equipment
- Age from 30 ~ 36 years old
- Good communication in English. IELTS English level from 6.0 or higher or equivalent. Knowing Korean is preferred
- Understanding of ISO management system such as ISO 9001, 5S, Kaizen, 7 QC tool and other related tools.
- More than 5 years of experience in related field
- Component quality management: IQC input test
- Quality control of the process / output: Check the work / check the output (Preferably with experience in quality / production management)
- Management certification: Check reliability(Experience is preferred for reliable assessment).
- Experience in working with large manufacturing companies with a scale of over 500 employees
- Good communication, reporting, problem solving, presentation skills
- Dynamic, creative, enthusiastic, high sense of responsibility at work
- Team management and leadership skills
