Job summary

A leading pharmaceutical company with a mission of bringing excellent health to people is looking for a Marketing Manager to join them.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop pre-launch awareness, and effective marketing strategies as well as targeted customer programs to ensure successful performance and goal achievement
  • Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments
  • Lead the formulation process of marketing strategies according to market insights, aligning with area, regional, and global strategies
  • Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration
  • Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies
  • Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics
  • Routine internal & external market and sales data analysis (daily sales monitoring)
  • Track social media and social listening weekly and monthly
  • Partner with email, performance marketing, and web teams to design, test, and evolve lead-nurturing tactics
  • Conceptualize and execute on multichannel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging in all channels
  • Gather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads
  • Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, and optimize accordingly
  • Lead annual budget planning exercise in-market sales and forecast
  • Lead monthly supply-demand planning with Sales/KAM and Supply chain for in-arm volume, in-market sales (sales from distributor to vaccination centers), market share growth, and inventory/ shipment planning
  • Prepare annual planning and proposal for marketing expense that enables supporting the growth of brand equity and business and mitigates any potential risks for the business
  • Drive brand plan execution, align with brand strategies and priorities, and focus on full ownership of implementing marketing plan
  • Work closely with the Digital, Data, and Technology team (especially the Omnichannel lead) in the Regional team to plan and conduct impactful omnichannel disease awareness activities to the general public such as Social media platforms, and channels, SEO, SEM, Zalo...

Experience requirements

  • Significant experience in both sales & marketing leadership positions
  • At least 5 years' experience at the same level in pharmaceutical industry
  • Fluent in Vietnamese and English
  • Experience in new product launch and/or international exposure will be an advantage

Education requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, FMCG or Health-related field.
