Job summary

Adecco is supporting our client, a European high-tech manufacturing company recruiting for a Production Leader  

Job Responsibilities

• Starting up the production by transferring the production lines from China to Vietnam
• Building up efficient production lines in close cooperation with the Headquarters
• Selection of new Operators in close cooperation with the local HR
• Training new Operators to work according to the technical product specifications
• Supervising and guiding new Operators
• Starting up the planning system in close cooperation with HQ
• Managing the daily Operations activities
• Guard the delivery reliability, quality standards and efficiency

Experience requirements

• 5 till 8 years of experience in an international company within a leading position within Operations
• Good knowledge of English, oral and written
• Looking for a challenge
• Energetic and high motivated
• Loyal and reliable
• Accurately
• Ambitious

Education requirements

• Bachelor's degree in production / engineering management
