Quality Supervisor

Job summary

Our client is an internationally-renowned company with a strong commitment to leading the comfort fashion segment. We are looking for a potential Quality Supervisor for leather footwear and accessories.

Job Responsibilities

• Follow up, correct and approve new products before going into production.
• Review of finished product in the factory ensuring that it meets the brand quality standards.
• Implement and audit the Production System in the factories to promote improved efficiency and autonomy in quality, service and costs.
• Correct and solve quality incidents that occur in the production process of the assigned factory.
• Collaborate with the International Production Manager in the search for and approval of new suppliers.

Experience requirements

• Experience in a similar position of at least 3 years.
• Fluent in English or Spanish.
• Availability to travel.
• Decision-making capacity.
