Job summary

Adecco's client is a FDI manufacturing company, having factories in Hai Phong.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage team with 20 people.  
• Overall management of team’s KPI including Electrics, HW, SW component
• New part development, Label design & Packing planning control.
• 1st assembly Jig investment & verification
• Line issue analysis (Real, NTF, FCT/FA)
• Job file verification & control; Version program validation; SW info. update & matrix control.
• FCT/FA Detection improvement; GMES set information (set option, label spec, HW version, etc.), Key management.
• BOM/ECO release and management
• New project regulation
• Profit and raw material cost analysing
• 4M management and cost innovation
• Buyer/Supplier/Internal audit. 

Experience requirements

• At least 5 years of working experience in same position.  
• Excellent organizational and leadership abilities as proven in same manager position.
• Quick problem solving and result-oriented with teamwork spirit.
• Able to work under high pressure to ensure efficient work completed when necessary.
• Proficiency in English. 

Education requirements

• Engineering’s degree or higher.
