Recruitment Supervisor (white-collar)

Job summary

Adecco's client is a leading electronics manufacturing company in Hai Phong

Job Responsibilities

• Evaluate current recruiting processes to determine whether they can be modified to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
• Modify existing recruitment procedures or develop new procedures as needed.
• Monitor key recruitment metrics to identify and resolve issues affecting recruitment procedures.
• Supervise and provide general guidance to the recruiting team.
• Evaluate the performance of the recruitment team.
• Regularly attend conferences, seminars, job fairs and other industry events to network and develop lasting professional relationships.
• Liaise with company department heads to predict and plan for future recruitment needs.
• Review and select appropriate job advertising options.
• Compile related reports.

Experience requirements

• Use Chinese or English well in 4 skills
• Priority is given to candidates with at least 5 years of experience recruiting employees/engineers at manufacturing companies
