Job Responsibilities

  • As the Regional Marketing Manager for Vietnam, you will play a pivotal role in driving our brand awareness, customer acquisition, and overall business objectives in the region. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that resonate with local audiences while aligning with our global commercial objectives.
  • Develop and execute online and offline marketing strategies tailored to the Vietnamese market, ensuring alignment with regional commercial goals and leveraging local market insights.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to align field marketing activities (including trade shows, seminars, conferences, and local promotional events) with sales objectives, tracking campaign effectiveness in generating leads and driving sales.
  • Conduct thorough market research to gain insights into local customer preferences, market trends, and competitor activities, and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
  • Work closely with the centralized marketing team to customize marketing materials and messaging to resonate with local audiences and specific customer segments.
  • Efficiently manage regional marketing budgets, allocating resources to achieve maximum return on investment (ROI).
  • Track, measure, and report on regional marketing performance against key performance indicators (KPIs), adjusting strategies as necessary to optimize results.

Experience requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience, with a focus on B2B industries.
  • Strong understanding of the cross-border payments market and customer behavior in Vietnam.
  • A quick learner with excellent judgment and original thinking, capable of building business cases from market research and analysis.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in both English and Vietnamese.
  • Solid analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a global organization.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with the global team and attend events.
  • Proficiency in both field marketing and digital marketing techniques.

Education requirements

  • Bachelor degree with distinction /master degree in Communications, Marketing or a related field.
