  • The Senior Marketing Manager will be responsible for overseeing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies for our client


Job Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy Development:

  • Conduct comprehensive market research and gather consumer insights to inform strategic decisions.
  • Utilize data analytics and conduct thorough business/brand analysis to identify opportunities and challenges.
  • Develop comprehensive brand marketing plans aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Formulate integrated marketing communication strategies to ensure cohesive brand messaging across channels.

Marketing Strategy Execution:

  • Oversee overall brand operations to ensure consistency and alignment with marketing objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product development initiatives aligned with market needs.
  • Manage media channels both offline and online to optimize brand visibility and engagement.
  • Safeguard and enhance brand equity through strategic marketing initiatives.
  • Develop and implement marketing systems to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.

Omnichannel Marketing:

  • Lead the development of omnichannel infrastructure to seamlessly integrate online and offline customer experiences.
  • Formulate omnichannel sales and brand-building strategies catering to various touchpoints such as dine-in, take-away, internal & external delivery, among others.

People Development:

  • Drive organizational development initiatives to foster a conducive work environment for marketing teams.
  • Participate in hiring processes to attract top talent aligned with the department's objectives.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skill set and knowledge base of marketing teams.
  • Implement strategies to promote employee retention and foster a culture of growth and development.

Experience requirements

  • Have 10-12 years of experience in the marketing field, preferably with strong background in QSR/fast casual/F&B chains, delivery aggregators or FMCG industries at mid/large-scale companies and multinational corporations.
  • Extensive experience with the market landscape and an in-depth understanding of restaurant trends in the country.
  • Well-versed in all aspects of offline and online marketing, brand/ digital/omnichannel marketing strategies/tactics in the QSR/Retail industry.
  • Ability to strategize and execute detailed work items.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Have experience managing a multi-member team.
  • Be able to work in a (very) fast-paced environment, multi-task and collaborate closely with multiple business units.
  • Demonstrates resilience and adaptability - strong capacity for overcoming challenges and navigating through change
  • Exhibits a keen business acumen and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Strong project management skills
  • Interrelates well with people of various backgrounds; likes to meet and deal with people.
  • Results driven
  • Ability to negotiate effectively.
  • Highly analytical and able to identify issues, and determine alternative courses of action for the best result.
  • Initiative – product concepts, designs, marketing strategies.

Education requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
