Store Director - Luxury Retail

Job Responsibilities

• Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store to ensure smooth functioning.
• Establishing and upholding the highest standards of the store environment, thereby delivering exceptional customer service.
• Cultivating a culture of excellence in retail at the store level.
• Developing and executing strategies to meet sales targets effectively.
• Ensuring that the store's organization, including products, processes, and personnel, aligns with the overall business strategy.
• Identifying, recruiting, leading, motivating, and nurturing the store team.
• Fostering an environment conducive to both team and individual growth and development.
• Providing direct supervision to employees engaged in various tasks such as sales, inventory management, and customer service.
• Ensuring strict adherence to headquarters' guidelines, rules, and processes.
• Guaranteeing compliance with all legal, safety, internal, sustainability, HR, and stock organization requirements.
• Establish good working relationship and people skills handling different level of stakeholders.

Experience requirements

• A minimum of 8 years of experience in retail sales and store operations, with at least 5 years at a supervisory or managerial level.
• Background in luxury goods or premium fashion, preferably with an established client base.
• A keen understanding and appreciation of high-end fashion.
• While experience or knowledge in visual merchandising and promotions is advantageous, it's not mandatory.
• Proficiency in spoken English
• Demonstrated leadership charisma, patience, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
