Job Responsibilities

  • Developing and providing strategic advice to the Board of Directors on timekeeping system management.
  • Managing the compliance with the working hours of the employees, managing the leave, compensatory leave, overtime, and other regimes according to the company's regulations.
  • Update changes of Labour Law, Insurance Law, Personal Income Tax Law... and ensure compliance with the law in human resource management activities.
  • Working with State agencies, local authorities, customers, and suppliers on HR-related issues.
  • Building and creating good relationships with departments in the company, companies in the Samsung group, and the Human Resources industry.
  • Managing the department's members and the work in the human resources department
  • Reporting to management and supporting the decision-making process through HR figures.

Experience requirements

  • Having in-depth experience in timekeeping system management.
  • Used to work at largescale manufacturing companies.
  • Knowledge of the human resource management system GHR is an advantage.
  • Deep understanding of Labour Law, Social Insurance Law, Personal Income Tax Law
  • Strong listening, understanding, negotiation, presentation, and persuasion skills
  • Good leadership and teamwork skills
  • Capable of dealing with incidents, unusual circumstances
  • High sense of responsibility, ability to work under pressure
  • Fluent in English.
