1. Develop and implement the sales strategy to acquire and retain key accounts.
2. Plan, develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to penetrate into new markets.
3. Be the subject-matter expert in new market opportunities to ensure that the company’s services remain competitive within the market.
4. Develop and report sales forecasts and performance reports to the Head of Department.
5. Monitor market trends and identify new business development opportunities to support revenue growth.
6. Actively organizing sales activities and work closely with internal stakeholders to develop new initiatives to drive sales growth and support business expansion.
7. Establish sales business plan to promote and sell services to existing or potential clients which target to expand customer database.
8. Proactive to gather market intelligence, comprehend of competitor’s activities and ability to identify new business opportunities.
9. Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
• Degree in Business / Marketing / Logistics or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and business development in a Contract Logistics environment;
• In depth knowledge of logistics and related activities such warehousing, transport/distribution and customs clearing operations.
• Entrepreneurial and hunter mindset who enjoys rolling up their sleeves, manage portfolios and teams, driving self and team towards aggressive growth targets, and able to influence decision-makers across client organizations
• Excellent interpersonal / communication skills and a team player.
• Highly analytical. Proficient in business presentation
