• Achieve set Sales targets.
• Identify, approach, and develop new A & B customers (C customers can also be considered if regular volume)
• Maintain and develop existing accounts.
• Prepare service proposal and supervise implementation of new business.
• Act as escalation channel for shipment handling (In case customer escalates to Sales)
• Integrate and perform contributively in sales team while keeping in line with strategy and general policy, develop and optimize the profitability of the Vietnam region and overall sales activity.
• Generate sales leads for companies of the group and affiliates, and handle, monitor and follow-up sales leads generated by the group of companies and its affiliates.
• Develop new business opportunities.
• Follow and update the market information and competitor action.
• Identifying market opportunities through meetings, networking, and other channels
• Meet existing and potential customer to build a positive strong customer relationship.
• Prepare sales presentations and participating in sales meetings.
• Identify potential new customers (A & B customers) and the key decision maker & influencer within the organization.
• Create development plans and forecast growth projections.
• Support Trade-Lane focused by aligning with overseas Sales and Branches to generate opportunities and onboard new business.

• 5-6 years previous experience as Business Development Manager / Senior Sales in logistics sector.
• Ability to work on own initiative and build good relationship to customers
• Strong independently problem solving capabilities;
• Excellent presentation and attention to detail
• Strategy oriented to increase company targets
• Very customer-oriented team player
• Fluent English both in written and speaking.
• Good Microsoft office operation skill
