Job summary

Job Responsibilities

・Collaborate with the General Manager to design, implement, and oversee all HR-related processes throughout the employee journey, from onboarding to off-boarding. This includes performance assessment and people development.

・Create and edit HR documentation, materials, and communications, such as the Employee Handbook, Announcements, and Blog Posts.

・Manage an HR information system to accurately track employees' attendance and leave, while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

・Assist in talent acquisition activities by implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract, recruit, and retain talent across all vacancies.

・Take an active role in driving employee engagement initiatives, including organizing internal team activities and events like new hire welcoming sessions, knowledge-sharing workshops, company clubs, and special occasions such as employee birthdays, YEP, and company trips.

・Assist in administrative tasks at the office.

Experience requirements

・Proven work experience in HR management roles, preferably in a fast-paced environment such as start-ups or technology companies;

・Fluent in Japanese (N2/N1), nice to have English

・Experience in recruiting in IT field

・Prefer to have setting up new companies experience
