Broker Manager

Job summary

• Our Client is a leading Asian securities corporation in Vietnam, who is hiring a Brokerage Manager to support the company's growth plan. The purpose of Brokerage Manager is responsible for an establishment, operation and development of a retail business.

Job Responsibilities

• Be responsible for an establishment, operation and development of the company's retail business.
• Lead to build and deploy the retail product and services.
• Assist the related teams to build the policies to operate the retail business (such as incentive policy for broker/remixer).
• Be responsible to build brand name and take market share in retail.

Experience requirements

• Graduate of the University of Economics, Finance, and Business Administration or related major.
• Working experience in a Securities company is a must.
• A good working knowledge of security companies’ regulations, standards, and procedures.
• Good communication, negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Ability to manage and administer, target administration.
• Responsibilities, enthusiasm, dynamism, honesty.

Education requirements

• Education : Bachelor's Degree or Master’s Degree in business administration, industry management, finance, economics, or another related filed from a reputable institution;
• Experience : At least 3-5 years work experience in a securities trading company, preferably working as a broker manager in a fast paced and dynamic business environment; proven success in operating management positions is a plus;
• Nationality : native Vietnamese;
• Attitude: innovation, ingenuity & creativity, teamwork & ready-to-learn spirit;
• Language: Bilingual – speaks Vietnamese and English.
