Chief Executive Officer

Job summary

Our client is a modern clinic in the center of Hanoi, it has been newly established since the last year 2023 and in the corporation between 2 investors - Vietnam and Japan.

The CEO should have primary accountability to the Board of Directors for formulating and carrying out the Company's overarching strategy, supervising the leadership/management group, and guaranteeing that business objectives are realized via innovative and efficient management.

Job Responsibilities

• Take charge of the company's development objectives and strategy.
• Be in charge of creating the organization's business plans and strategies.
• Oversee all business activities and bear accountability for the company's expansion and financial performance.
• Enhance and put into practice policies and processes to boost operational and financial effectiveness.
• Construct a control system to keep an eye on and guarantee the upkeep and enhancement of service quality.
• Create and implement a reporting and assessment system to gauge the success of the company.
• Ensure that the company complies with applicable rules and healthcare quality standards in its operations.
• Establish a corporate culture that is in line with the purpose, vision, and guiding principles that the board of directors has approved.
• Any additional responsibilities set by the Board of Directors

Experience requirements

• Bachelor or higher majoring in Business Administration, Finance, or related majors.
• Have at least 08 years of experience in business management and administration, of which at least 03 years directly hold the position of General Director / CEO. Candidates with experience working in the healthcare field including hospitals or clinics is a big advantage.
• Have excellent management & financial skills good leadership
• Great in problem solving and decision making
• Be able to handle the change in the management
• Strategic thinking; Flexibility, sensitivity and high adaptability.
• Be able to work under high pressure and willing to travel when necessary.

• Bachelor or higher majoring in Business Administration, Finance or related majors.
