Job Responsibilities

As Counsel/Partner at our esteemed tier-1 law firm, you will play a pivotal role in leading and advising on complex legal matters across various practice areas. Drawing on your extensive experience and expertise, you will provide strategic guidance and innovative solutions to clients, addressing their most challenging legal issues. Collaborating closely with colleagues and clients, you will contribute to the firm's continued success and reputation for excellence.

• Lead and manage high-profile legal matters, providing expert advice and strategic guidance to clients.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor and delivering exceptional client service.
• Conduct legal research, analysis, and drafting of documents, ensuring accuracy, thoroughness, and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, arbitrations, and other dispute resolution proceedings, advocating effectively on their behalf.
• Mentor and supervise junior associates, fostering their professional development and growth within the firm.

Experience requirements

• Qualified lawyer with 10-15 years of experience practicing at reputable law firms
• Proven track record of handling sophisticated legal matters across a range of practice areas, with a focus on M&A, Corporate, Project Finance
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to assess complex legal issues and develop creative solutions.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively collaborate with clients and colleagues.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience managing and mentoring junior lawyers.
• Commitment to upholding the highest ethical standards and providing excellent client service.

Education requirements

Bachelor's degree in Law from a recognized institution.
