Country Business Head

Job summary

Our client is a leading, long-established leading European brand in Industrial equipment and solutions. They have established in Vietnam and have an existing team of between 10 and 20 staffs for this business (mainly Sales, Service, Application teams) and have an aggressive expansion plan in the upcoming years.

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for achieving financial target of the business in Vietnam
• Responsible for manage all the functions (Sales, Service, Application) and ensure smooth synchronization in order to win clients and offer clients top-notch solutions and services
• Work with regional teams and hubs to develop opportunities in Emerging sectors like Electronics in the local markets

Experience requirements

• Preferred management (Business, People - Sales, Services , preferably P&L) in companies providing Machineries, Equipment, Instrument or Technical solutions to Industrial sectors
• Skilled in sales strategy, market expansion, people management
• English: fluent, Chinese: preferred
