Job Responsibilities

• Support Sales and After Sales with the necessary application and technical support in order to sell products and services (suitability & capability tests, argumentation, preparing & conducting demonstrations, presentations etc.) - Sales orders as KPI
• Customer demonstration quality & success rate
• Customer satisfaction (NPS / CPO) Country Score
• Utilization
• Services revenue & growth targets 

Experience requirements

• At least 3 years experience within the precision engineering or manufacturing industry, preferably in the field of production, CNC programming, Metrology, CAD-CAM, technical software training and/or support in the use of PC based tools
• Dimensional metrology / GD&T / SPC knowledge or experience can be an advantage
• Worked on CMMs or Quality process instruments for at least 1 year
• Serving customers
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings
• Understanding of statistics & statistical process control
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Presenting confidently and clearly
• Knowledge of any one Computer programming language will be advantage (Eg. C++, Visual Basic)
• Knowledge of Basic operating of any CAD CAM software
• Ability to work unsupervised, independently but also as as a team
• Willingness to travel

Education requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related engineering fields
