Job summary

Job Responsibilities

  • Supervising regional sales activities in agronomy
  • Developing sales strategies and plans to boost sales and revenue
  • Monitoring and analyzing sales performance
  • Coaching and training regional sales representatives
  • Overseeing field trials in the region
  • Building and maintaining customer relationships
  • Understanding and addressing customer needs
  • Resolving customer complaints promptly
  • Conducting annual customer satisfaction surveys via regional sales representatives
  • Training the marketing team to ensure sufficient solutions of the products.
  • Strong leadership skills are required to guide and motivate the sales team towards achieving targets.

Experience requirements

  • Experience of at least 5-7 years in Fertilizer/Seed/Pesticides/Agriculture.

Education requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Agribusiness, Agriculture Science, or other related fields.
