Job Responsibilities

• Manage an existing account portfolio, focusing on retention and growth through strategies like cross-selling and upselling.
• Proactively handle renewals in collaboration with the Customer Success team.
• Work effectively in a team-selling environment, forecast performance, and stay informed about industry trends.
• Engage in negotiations and meetings with key stakeholders to understand customer needs and set objectives for business impact.
• Take ownership of renewal success, assist with upselling, and achieve commercial targets.
• Ensure Customer Success is recognized and meets NPS targets.
• Achieve customer advocacy goals by sharing success stories.
• Continuously monitor market trends and align with strategic roadmaps.

Experience requirements

• Requirements include a bachelor's degree in fields like Business, Marketing, or Engineering.
• Along with over 5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Sales, preferably in the SaaS sector.
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral, and a knack for persuasion are essential, along with a self-motivated and tech-savvy mindset.
• Caring for clients, a passion for testing and improvement, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are crucial.
• Proficiency in contract negotiation and the ability to build relationships with senior executives are highly valuable.
• The role also necessitates strong presentation skills and competence in managing stakeholder relationships to reach a consensus on solutions.
